Community Options, Inc. is pleased to offer a new job-training program for transitional youth with disabilities. Our School To Employment Program, or STEP, is for individuals within the age range of 18-22 with any developmental disability. STEP was created to provide youth with disabilities the resources to learn the job skills necessary to gain entry-level competitive employment. Our job coaches work with individuals at various sites throughout the city to work on a wide range of job skills at a schedule that is flexible and convenient to the participants.

Community Options, Inc. is a nationally based nonprofit organization incorporated in 1989 and headquartered in Princeton, NJ. Community Options, Inc. develops residential and employment supports for people with severe disabilities, utilizing technology and training.
