Supervisor of Wraparound Services
Wraparound provides behavioral health treatment to children up to age 21 who have a mental health diagnosis or Autism Spectrum Disorder. The service uses professional staff and natural supports to literally “wrap” services around an identified child and the child’s family. Services can be provided in the child’s home, community and school. Wraparound services include:
Autism and behavioral expertise to help families in creating an individual treatment plan based on their goals and objectives.
The use of community resources to achieve maximum improvement in the child’s function minimum disruption to the family unit.
An interagency team which may include mobile therapy, therapeutic staff supports, behavioral specialist, teachers, vocational training counselor, medical and legal advisors.
Parent education and support.
Services are available in Allegheny, Butler and Beaver.
Skills / Requirements
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Services required.
Must have a minimum of two years experience in Wraparound Services.
Must be able to adapt hours to the needs of the position. May need to work evenings and/or weekends.
Must be able to engage in therapeutic intervention with clients and their families.
Must be able to conduct intra-agency and inter-agency communication in a positive, professional manner.
Must have above average written communication skills.
Must be able to train and supervise treatment staff.
Must have a working knowledge of the DSM-IV.
Must possess a valid driver‚s license.
Must have access to a telephone.
Must be eligible for Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.

SUPERVISOR OF OUTPATIENT AND SCHOOL BASED SERVICES

Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or other related Human Service field.
• Must have at least two years of clinical experience, at least one year in an outpatient setting.
• Must have a proven tract record of implementing clinical programs.
• Must be able to lead, motivate and coach other in a fast-paced, family-focused environment.
• Prior experience working with an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

TRAINING COORDINATOR
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Education or Social Services.
• Must have at least 2 years prior experience in instructional design of training programs.
• Must have at least 2 years demonstrated classroom training experience and individual coaching skills.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to working successfully within a team environment.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills and good organizational skills.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to operate standard training equipment, i.e. overhead projector, slide projector.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word.

REGISTERED NURSE
Part time Two 12 hour shifts every weekend
Requirements:
• Must be at least a Registered Nurse with one year of psychiatric experience.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have physical dexterity in order to assist in client physical interventions when necessary.
• Must be able to walk between the various buildings.
• Must complete and pass agency Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training and maintain certification.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must possess verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to adjust to job requirements.
• Ability to implement agency policies and programming including but not limited to the following, maintenance of therapeutic milieu, personnel practices, management practices, and positive discipline.

Out Patient Therapists

Outpatient Counseling is for anyone experiencing life problems or mental health issues. Services are available to individuals ages 5 and older and are provided by Master’s level clinicians.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a counseling related field, and one year experience required; licensing and credentialing preferred.
• Must possess knowledge of the principles and techniques of full service counseling w/knowledge of counseling theory and technique at a graduate level.
• Must possess theological knowledge and sensitivity and the skills and ability to integrate within one’s own style as appropriate to the client.
• Must be able to establish and maintain a positive therapeutic relationship with clients in a consistent and continuing manner.
