Incumbent is responsible for oversight and development of diversity recruiting strategies that proactively meet the needs of the business. Incumbent manages the diversity alliance relationship process and identifies the appropriate sourcing resources and programs to build a diverse pipeline of talent, specifically for the middle management and above positions. Reports to Director, Corporate Talent Acquisition.
Requirements are a 4-year degree or equivalent and 10 or more years of previous recruiting experience with a focus on diversity recruiting and/or sourcing. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred. S/he should be proficient in the use of standard and innovative sourcing methods. The incumbent must have excellent communication skills and be knowledgeable of pertinent employment law. Must have a demonstrated ability to influence others and to work collaboratively with colleagues in HR as well as with business managers. S/he should be proficient in the use of technology in sourcing as well as management reporting. Strong organizational and execution skills are necessary.
